S2: E17 "Proteus"

I'm sitting on an exercise ball to combat the ill effects prolonged sitting gets so many people that work behind a desk and eventually stiffens the iliopsoas muscles that connect the upper and lower body within the core.

Ok so I added a bit to the artwork I'm working on because when I looked into the matter at hand my notes show that when I did the first artwork featuring watercolor brush strokes done while hydrating using H20 was done on April 21 2,018 A.D. during my nightly exercises I witnessed episodes of Person of Interest on late-night TV.

Tonight the exercises for the night will include writing a journal entry, reading inspirational books, watching PERSON OF INTEREST on television from 11:30 pm thru 1:30 am, a series of body building exercises designed to develop upper body fitness & to paint.

1.      Today Saturday I enjoyed a day off. I tried to go visit my mom but nobody answered the door when I knocked. I spent most of the day indoors watching TV. I went outside during sunset to procure food, water and take out the trash. In the morning around 11:00 am 2 missionaries came to knock on the front door to spread the gospel. They asked me to read a bible verse from the book of John: The message that that verse imparted was that man should learn about God. They gave me a pamphlet entitled EL CAMINO DE LA FELICIDAD & asked me if I study the bible. I told them “Yeah, I got a system.” Meaning that I have a method by which I study the word. Afterward we said our goodbyes and blessings.

I called my mom, and then I went to go visit her. She fed me soup with flatbread and a big piece of cheese for dinner.
